Configuring Mozilla FireFox Options - Free Computer Tutorials
Firefox is popular web browser software similar to Internet Explorer that comes with Windows. It has many of the same features and many people like it better than IE since it seems to be less susceptible to spyware infections. Firefox also offers tabbed browsing which allows you to have multiple pages open within individual tabs rather than having to open a new browser window. Microsoft has introduced this feature starting with Internet Explorer 7. There are many third party plug-ins available for Firefox which allow you to customize the interface and feature. You can also install different themes to change to look of the browser. Firefox is a free download and so are most of the add-ons.
There are many options that can be configured in Firefox to optimize your browsing experience. We will go over each section of the options and explain what they do so you can configure it to suit your needs.
General
The first section of options is the General page. Here is where you can set your home page which is the site that opens by default when you open your browser. There are more advanced settings with the buttons below. Use Current Page sets the currently open page as your home page. Use Bookmark sets one of your bookmarks as your home page. Restore to Default resets your home page to the default home page.
The downloads area tells Firefox what to do with files you download off the Internet. You can choose a default location for your downloads or have Firefox ask you each time where you want to save them. If you check Show the Downloads window when downloading a file then Firefox will open the Downloads window when the download begins. It will also show you a list of previously downloaded files.
The Always check to see if Firefox is the default browser on startup option makes sure Firefox is the default web browser for Windows and if another browser becomes default it will prompt you to change it back to Firefox when you start it.
The Add-ons section is where you will manage any additional extensions, themes or plugins that you have added to Firefox.
Tabs
The Tabs area allows you to change the behavior of tabbed browsing. For example when you click on a link you can have Firefox open the link in a new window or in a new tab within the existing window.
Warn me when closing multiple tabs – This option will make Firefox ask you to confirm your choice when closing a window with more than one tab open. This prevents you from accidentally closing the whole window when you intended to only close the current tab.
Warn me when opening multiple tabs might slow down Firefox - This prevents you from accidentally slowing down your system while multiple pages are loading.
Always show the tab bar - Check this option to always show the tab bar, even when only the window contains only one page.
When I open a link in a new tab, switch to it immediately - Check this option to load and display the page in a new foreground tab.

The Passwords section is used to store your passwords to various sites if you don’t want to have to type them in each time. The Master Password is used to protect sensitive information such as saved passwords and certificates by encrypting them using a master password. If you use a master password, each time you start Firefox, it will ask you to enter the password the first time it needs to access a certificate or stored password.
Warning messages are used to display various types of warnings you may encounter from different websites. Most of these will be turned off by default or else you will be getting more warnings than you will want to deal with.

SSH TUNNEL
Sadly for those of us not in America, we cannot watch the streams provided on Hulu and these other sites. So how do we watch Hulu from the UK, Canada, or anywhere outside of the US? We have to use a SSH Tunnel and some other software to trick Hulu into thinking we are from America.. Otherwise we have to wait for the latest episodes of Family Guy or American Dad to finally get relased in our respective countries… Now you may think that it would be easy to simply set up a connection to a proxy server in the United States and trick Hulu into believeing you are in America. This is not the best solution! First, you will find free proxy servers to be slow and unreliable; plus, even if you do find a working proxy, you will not be able to watch the videos on Hulu or One Piece Official, due to the way flash works.
So you are left with two options: purchase or set up a VPN connection on your own webhost/VPS, or use putty to set up a SSH tunnel and ProxyCap to connect to server in America. Thankfully, for me anyway, my Linode is in the United States! Setting up a VPN connection is a lengthy process, you really want to avoid doing so at all costs; whilst a SSH tunnel requires very little work! For those of you without a server to connect to, finding a cheap VPN is your best option for streaming video from these sites.
What you will need to do is: set up a SSH tunnel to your US server, then instruct your web browser to connect via that tunnel. This will work like setting a proxy server, but pointing to localhost/127.0.0.1 (your own computer) Putty will then force all connections to Hulu to go through your US server, and will make it possible to watch Hulu/South Park/One Piece videos.
You should already have SSH on your webhost/server. Most shared web providers will allow SSH access with the same details you use for your FTP settings. This is because SSH is far more secure than FTP; so you should be using it already!

A customer asked that we check out his intranet site, which was used by the company's employees and customers. This was part of a larger security review, and though we'd not actually used SQL injection to penetrate a network before, we were pretty familiar with the general concepts. We were completely successful in this engagement, and wanted to recount the steps taken as an illustration.
"SQL Injection" is subset of the an unverified/unsanitized user input vulnerability ("buffer overflows" are a different subset), and the idea is to convince the application to run SQL code that was not intended. If the application is creating SQL strings naively on the fly and then running them, it's straightforward to create some real surprises.
We'll note that this was a somewhat winding road with more than one wrong turn, and others with more experience will certainly have different -- and better -- approaches. But the fact that we were successful does suggest that we were not entirely misguided.

In America's Army: Special Forces, players attempt to earn Green Beret status by completing individual and collective training missions drawn from the Special Forces Assignment and Selection (SFAS) process. Players who complete the SFAS process have the opportunity to take on elite Special Forces roles and are qualified to play in multiplayer missions with units ranging from the elite 82d Airborne Division to the 75th Ranger Regiment.
The game features a number of training missions to get you familiar with the controls as well as learning the roles and weapons of a Special Forces soldier. Roles include Weapons Specialist (18B), Intelligence (18F), Engineer (18C), Communications (18E) and Combat Medic (18D). Other game features include:
Challenging Green Beret training - Complete training missions drawn from the SFAS process at Fort Bragg. Successfully complete SFAS and advance to Special Forces Qualification Course (Q-Course) missions to explore new Special Forces roles.
Intense Special Forces action - Intense Special Forces action - Experience multiplayer missions in simulated combat combat environments. Take part in missions that span the capabilities of a Special Forces detachment, including unconventional warfare, direct action, surveillance and reconnaissance and Combat Search and Rescue.
Detailed Special Forces equipment and military hardware - Building on the equipment available in America's Army: Operations, America's Army: Special Forces adds the M4 Carbine featuring the Picatinny rail mod system for attaching laser-aiming devices and sighting systems; the MP5SD6 Remington 870 shotgun for forced entry; the AT4, a shoulder-fired anti-tank rocket and the BDM, a shoulder-fired bunker demolition munition.
Accurate Soldier behavior - Players are bound by the laws of land warfare, Army values (honor, duty and integrity) and realistic rules of engagement as they navigate challenges in teamwork-based multiplayer force vs. force operations. Mission accomplishment standings are evaluated based on team effort and adherence to a set of values and norms of conduct.
